Captivated ...

I am supposed to help backup sing the song "Captivated" tomorrow for Upperlight.

But i have no idea how to sing the song haha!

Currently listening to it for the first time on the cd the worship leader gave.

Sounds quite simple. Hopefully i can learn it fast!

Dun get me wrong, i LOVE TegoMass. They are my bestest favouritest J-pop group EVA!! But what's with their image LOL its deteriorating as each album passes by - the CUTENESS is just oozing out haha. And they are BOTH older than me! And i'm going to be an aunt soon!

Washing Machine

My trusty Panasonic washing machine was spoilt two days ago ...

But today its fine!! The guy came to fix some part that was broken.

Apparently it was just a catch that he added. But it cost $60!!!

Unwanted cost really, if only my dad opened the washing machine cover properly haha

I'm glad that its alright now! Its huge, good and has not given us any problems so far :) well, until dad broke the cover that is haha

10 things at home that must work properly are (in no specific order):

I found a job!

I FINALLY found a job! :)

Deals with basically administration and events.

I will be starting work on Monday, quite looking forward to it!

I dyed my hair!

Used the Liese bubble dye product thingy.

Bought it from NTUC at less than $20.

Its quite easy to use. Just like shampooing your hair with lotsa foam.

I quite like the result. Its not too obvious, but yet still can see ^_^

Well, feeling quite tired from vacuuming and mopping the floor. Usually I'm quite fine, but today was extra work because I had to vigorously scrub away the paint stains and brown sticky stains off the white floors!!! >_<

Just that we are doing some mini renovations at our house. Basically just changing 6 of our super old everytimeyouopenorclosepaintwillfalloff doors. That was yesterday. Today is the painting of the new doors.

So i'm dying from the paint fumes. What happened to the sumo wrestler odourless paint advertisement on tv!?!?

Anyway, i enjoyed cooking lunch yesterday. Tried the herbal chicken for the first time. I used drums/wings, sliced button mushrooms and carrots, and some szechuan veggie. Steamed it for like almost 3 hours!! But praise the Lord it turned out so well!! The meat was like practically falling off the bones haha. Couldn't stop drinking the soup *yumz yumz* ^_^

I just want to say praise the Lord for creating something called food for us, His beloved, to enjoy!! And also need to thank the Lord that even though i'm like choking from the paint fumes, at least I have a sense of smell!!

I have finally attempted the Japanese Hayashi Rice recipe!! It turned out to be quite easy to cook, and really really really delicious!! *YUMZ YUMZ*
